The perfect refreshing summer snack. Get creative with the kids next time the forecast heats up, simply blend their favourite fruits and freeze.

Ingredients

  • 410 g can Wattie’s Peaches Sliced in Light Syrup, drained
  • 425 g can Golden Circle Pineapple Crushed in Juice
  • Zest of 1 orange

 

Method

  1. Place the drained Wattie’s Peaches and the Golden Circle Crushed Pineapple with juice into a food processor or blender and add the orange zest. Process until smooth.
  2. Pour into ice block moulds.
  3. Freeze until firm.

Tips:

Alternatively, you can freeze the fruit puree in ice cube containers. Drop 1 or 2 cubes into a glass and top with sparkling or soda water for a refreshing drink.
