We are thrilled to share that construction has officially commenced on the first round of community housing at Hanley’s Farm, the first stage of which will be supplying all houses with ground source heat pumps. 

By drilling down to install these pumps, energy stored in the ground will be utilised to both heat and cool the properties. 

This practice provides the homes with a green energy source that is not only sustainable, but also a more efficient and cost-effective solution to internal climate control when compared to traditional systems.
