As the leaves turn and cooler days settle over Queenstown, we’re pleased to share the latest construction updates from Hanley’s Farm.
DP2: Titles Targeted for August / September
Works are progressing well in DP2, and we’re on track for titles to be issued in late winter. We’re looking forward to welcoming a new group of residents as this stage comes to life.
DP8: Titles Targeted for November / December
Bulk earthworks in DP8 are now complete, with drainage works currently underway and titles are scheduled for spring.
DP11: Early Works Underway
Earthworks have now commenced in DP11. While it’s still early in the process, we’re excited to see this stage begin its journey with updates to follow as construction progresses.
Hanley’s Farm continues to grow, and with construction progressing well, we are excited to see our community become stronger and more vibrant.
