It’s a busy time at Hanley’s Farm! There is plenty of exciting action at the moment, including some updates around forecasted settlements.
The first stage to settle in the new year will be DP9, with progress indicating that the settlement will fall in March to April 2023.
DP10 is currently expected to settle a few months later in July 2023.
Finally, DP7 is making excellent progress, with DP7A settlement slated for July 2023 and DP7B in February 2024.
We are looking forward to seeing Hanley’s continue grow, it is a fantastic to feel our neighbourhood thriving.
