We are pleased to share with you some updates around settlement of DP7 and DP10.
Expected settlement for DP10 and the first stage of DP7 is just a couple of months away with the date for DP10 and DP7A1 settlement slated for December 2023 to January 2024.
DP7A2 will follow closely with settlement expected for February 2024.
Finally, DP7B and DP7C are both expected to settle in August 2024.
We look forward to seeing our Hanley’s Farm community continue to grow, and are eager to welcome new residents to our thriving neighbourhood over the next few months.
